COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Columbia Chamber is excited to announce the newest addition to the team, Henri E. Baskins. Henri will serve as the Executive Vice President and provide managerial and public policy leadership to the current staff.

Baskins served as Regional Director of Regulatory and External Affairs with AT&T and retired in 2011 after more than 40 years with the company. She covered numerous disciplines including engineering, planning, government relations and contract negotiations. Since 2012, Baskins has served as the Executive Director of the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council.
