Minority Business Contract Opportunity and Outreach Meeting- RSD2 Institute of Innovation – Wednesday November 20th 2014. Interested in performing construction or supplier services for the new $35,000,000 Richland School District Two “Institute of Innovation” facility to begin construction this winter… The MWBE Outreach meeting will take place on next Wednesday, November 19 at 4:00 pm located at Village of Sandhill Shopping Center, 494 Town Center Place (left of Champ’s Sports).

DBEs and WMBEs are encouraged to attend this important outreach meeting to get valuable incite on the available contract opportunities.

Plans and bid documents will go out in mid December. Bids are due back in January.

Vista Lights 2014 – Thursday November 20th 2014 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.  Kick off your holiday shopping and fun at the Vista’s 29th annual holiday street party! The entire Vista community will take part, with Gervais Street closed to traffic from Gadsden to Assembly streets, and Park and Lincoln closed from Lady to Senate.

The entire historic Columbia’s Vista is participating in Vista Lights. Start by parking in one of our convenient garages and then stroll up Gervais to Lincoln to see all the festivities. Be sure to stop by One-Eared Cow Glass & the shopping center where Backpacker is located to see all that is going on there as well.
