Free Small Business Workshop – Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Richland Library, 1431 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of owning a business. We’ll show you how to get started, build a business plan and look for startup funding. The Operation HOPE Small Business Empowerment Program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs from low-wealth neighborhoods. We combine business training and financial counseling with lending services so our clients get all the tools and resources they need to make their dreams a reality.
