(Columbia, SC) – Due to the loss of minority legislators caused by our state’s recent redistricting process minority voters will not only lose representation in the South Carolina legislature it will also result in the loss of information available to minorities and other underrepresented constituencies across the state.

This loss of information has prompted The MinorityEye to launch “The Capitol Eye,” a mobile publication that will focus exclusively on legislation and the work legislators are doing in the community, as well as provide insight on legislation and policies that are of particular interest to minority citizens throughout the state.

The publication will be a free resource available to all South Carolina legislators who want to share information about their work with our readers and subscribers or provide updates on legislation and legislative agendas.
