(Columbia, SC) — Limitless Community Development (formerly Latino Community Development) in partnership with Richland School District Two is proud to present the Annual Carnaval del Barrio, a dynamic celebration of Latin American heritage, community, and culture.
The event begins with a parade at 10:00 AM from the Regal Movie Theatre parking lot to R2i2 (763 Fashion Drive, Columbia), followed by a festival from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The festival kicks off with our signature Flag Walkers and continues with live performances, cultural showcases, food vendors, and a range of family-friendly activities.
This year’s Carnaval del Barrio is made possible through strong partnerships with Richland County H-Tax and the South Carolina Arts Commission, whose support ensures this event remains free and open to the public.
