Sumpter, DESA has been the standard bearer when it comes to leadership and education in support of small and minority businesses. Their 39-year history has witnessed and been a part of the development and growth within the business community.
Sumpter, who was recently awarded The Abe Venable Legacy Award for Lifetime Achievement. says, “I’ve always been passionate about serving the underserved.
