Immersion Art Space Opening, Seeking Artists

1 min read

Immersion is an upcoming interactive, exploratory art space in downtown Columbia that seeks to draw on all five senses of the participant, utilizing a holistic approach to the art experience.

Unlike a traditional gallery, which focuses on visual art only, Immersion is a setting that draws upon other senses such as touch, hearing, smell, and occasionally taste. The installation art space, scheduled to open August 14th, provides the opportunity to interact with, and become a part of, the artwork. Immersion is seeking new and creative talent to bring a fresh perspective to the experience, with the goals of highlighting and giving exposure to all artists participating.

Interested artists should visit www.immersionsc.com for more information on sharing their talents.
