Meet Barbara Bowman Candidate for Sumter County Council, District 1

Barbara Bowman is a Community Activist, Non Profit Executive, and a 20-year resident of Sumter County, where she has raised her son, Spencer Bowman, as a single parent. The Bowman Family are devout members of St. Luke AME Church where Barbara serves on the Steward Board.
