(Columbia, SC) – The NECEC Intergenerational Community Service Program will hold a Mental Health Awareness event on Saturday, May 11th, at 11:30 AM. The event will take place at The Converspace, located at 136 Forum Drive (Suite 4), Columbia, SC 29229.

Jewel Rembert from The Ultimate Choice Consulting will be the guest speaker, discussing tools for creating a self-care checklist and addressing the importance of mental health awareness. The event aims to unite seniors and youth in raising awareness about mental health in the community.
