Prisma Health will be giving Covid-19/ Pfizer Vaccinations @ the Reedy Fork Baptist Church, 3115 Fork Shoals Road, Simpsonville, SC, on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 9am –1pm for the (1st Shot) and the (2nd Shot) will be administered on Friday, May 7, 2021 (again from 9am – 1pm) on both days.
Individuals receiving their vaccinations will not need to leave their cars at any time during the vaccination/observation process. Again, the vaccine that will be administered is the Pfizer Vaccine and Prisma will return to Reedy Fork Baptist Church to administer second doses on Friday, May 7 (again from 9am – 1pm).
