Coldwell Banker Caine announced Rhonda Porter’s induction into the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS® (SAR) Hall of Fame, honoring her outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and her lasting impact on the community.
Reflecting on the recognition, Porter shared, “I am truly humbled and honored by this recognition and its reflection of my career. This milestone isn’t just mine—it belongs to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue serving in an industry I care so deeply about.”

Porter’s career is marked by a series of groundbreaking firsts: she was the first African American Association President, the youngest woman to serve in the role, and the first woman to hold the presidency twice, in both 2004 and 2023. A REALTOR® since 1989, Porter has also been recognized as the SAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2006 and remains a passionate advocate for the industry through her leadership on various committees and as a Major Investor in RPAC.
Her induction stands as a testament to her enduring commitment to real estate, leadership, and service within the Spartanburg community.
