Columbia, SC — Richland Library is proud to introduce Deanna S. Taylor, Ed.D., as its Spring 2026 Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR), bringing more than 20 years of experience empowering education systems, community organizations, and small businesses to grow with purpose and sustainability.
An accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and consultant, Dr. Taylor is the Founder and CEO of Interactive Learning Solutions, LLC, where she provides strategic consulting, program evaluation, and professional learning centered on workforce development and long-term growth. Her work supports organizations and business owners in building strong foundations while aligning innovation with measurable impact.
Dr. Taylor is also the founder of Salubrious Kitchen, a community-centered preserves and jellies line that blends food entrepreneurship, education, and locally sourced ingredients. Through this venture, she reduces food waste while honoring cultural traditions, demonstrating how business can be both profitable and purposeful.
Grounded in mentorship and real-world application, Dr. Taylor’s philosophy centers on helping entrepreneurs test ideas, refine their vision, and build businesses rooted in genuine community needs. Her practical and encouraging approach equips aspiring and established business owners with the clarity and confidence needed to move from idea to income.
The Entrepreneur-in-Residence program connects the community with experienced business leaders for one-on-one coaching, workshops, and resource sharing designed to transform ideas into action.
During her residency, which runs through May 2026, Dr. Taylor will offer personalized consultations and lead interactive workshops focused on sustainable business planning, evaluation strategies, and building ventures that create meaningful local impact.
