(Columbia, SC) – Join the Richland Library in its culinary teaching kitchen for the first “Monday Bites” event of 2024! Meet and greet the new Culinary Coordinator, Chef Floyd J, while enjoying an evening filled with flavor and fun.
In an ongoing effort to bring exceptional programming to the community, Richland Library is elevating the culinary experience for all with the addition of Chef Floyd J. With 15 years of culinary expertise gained in hotels, resorts, and fine dining establishments, Chef Floyd J is set to infuse innovation and tradition into this dynamic role.
Chef Floyd J’s culinary journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, having previously served as a culinary instructor for Richland District 1 and concurrently managing his private chef business. Notably, he is also the co-owner of The Lemonade Twins, a venture he shares with his twin daughters, showcasing their culinary creativity.
Richland Library invites the community to a special “Monday Bites” and Meet & Greet event on Monday, January 8th. Learn the art of crafting mini Tomato Pies as Chef Floyd J shares his culinary expertise. Don’t miss out on the chance to savor delicious samples straight from the kitchen!
