Music Break 2016 – Tuesday August 23, 2016  at 5:30 PM at Music Farm Columbia, 1022 Senate St, Columbia, South Carolina 29201. When a city’s music scene rocks, so do its businesses! COR’s 5th Annual Music Break connects the local music community to business leaders and opportunities for growth while showcasing our region’s talented and sucessful artists. And for the first time in Music Break’s history, we will partner with Charleston’s New Music Confab to kick off their weekend and expand the spirit of connecting musicians to opportunities across the state of South Carolina.

SCCEBA Business Roundtable: Clean Transportation – Wednesday August 24, 2016 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at SCANA – 100 SCANA Parkway, Cayce, SC 29033.  In partnership with SCANA, SCCEBA will host a roundtable discussion on our Clean Transportation Plan. This is the second SCCEBA Business Roundtable dedicated to Clean Transportation and will largely focus on developing a sense of “the desired state” for the clean transportation market in South Carolina. SCCEBA’s Clean Transportation Plan will outline solutions for market growth in all commercially available alternative fuels including liquid biofuels, gaseous fuels, electrics and fuel/transportation efficiency.

The audience for this Roundtable will be comprised of state and local decision makers, clean transportation industry representatives, mass transportation representatives, and the driving public.

Five After Five –  Thursday August 25, 2016 from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM at Five Points Fountain, 747 Saluda Ave, Columbia, South Carolina 29205. Join us on August 25th for the fifth concert in the 18th season of Five After Five – everyone’s favorite free, family and pet friendly concert at the fountain! Each concert will feature live music, craft beers, local food vendors, local artisans and a children’s area with sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and more!
