Reggie Sullivan Trio at Main Street Public House – Wednesday, August 29, 2017 from 7 PM – 10 PM at Main Street Public House, 1556 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201Reggie Sullivan’s Double Trio will feature a set of Jazz and original music influenced by many musical genres. They will deliver a high energy show that promises to give you a good feeling!

Rock for Recovery with the Fireflies – Wednesday, August 29, 2017 from 7:05 PM – 10:05 PM at Spirit Communications Park, 1640 Freed Street, Columbia, SC. Come Rock for Recovery and cheer on the Columbia Fireflies as they take on the Asheville Tourists! A portion of the proceeds from our ticket sales will be donated to the Recovery Scholarship Fund to help heal families and support recovery. If we reach our goal of selling 500 tickets, we will have the first ever “Recovery Circle” on the field prior to the game showing all of the fans that recovery is possible! Tickets are $9 or $14 which includes a hot dog, chips & soda.

Free Small Business Workshop – Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Richland Library Main, 1431 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of owning a business. We’ll show you how to get started, build a business plan and look for startup funding. In order to be eligible to attend the 12-week Entreprenuerial Training Program, you must attend a workshop.
